To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including items marked as final sale, custom orders, or any product that has been installed or altered after delivery.

Return Process
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@mokanyamarketing.site with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping address. Please do not send products back without prior authorization.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges

Order Cancellations
